ملخص الوظيفة

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and increase revenue for our comprehensive suite of training and professional development services (e.g. leadership training soft skills workshops e-learning solutions custom programs). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate learning needs and a proven track record of forging long-term client relationships.

1. Market & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities target markets and emerging trends within corporate training skills gaps and human capital development.

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.

  • Analyze competitor activities and offerings to ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage.

2. Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Proactively generate new leads through networking cold calling attending industry events and leveraging professional contacts.

  • Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients to understand their specific training and development needs.

  • Present promote and sell the company's training programs and services effectively articulating the value proposition and return on investment (ROI).

  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and contract closure.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers (HR L&D Department Heads C-suite).

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients ensuring a smooth handoff to the delivery or account management team.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.

4. Proposal & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop tailored proposals bids and sales presentations that address client requirements.

  • Prepare and manage sales contracts ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and legally sound.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing Human Resources or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record of success in a Business Development or strategic sales role preferably within the Training Consulting or B2B Services industry.

    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    • Experience with the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
