Job Description:

Minimum 1 year experience in the same position within the FX industry is required.

Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service in Malay
Assisting clients with inquiries and support
Building strong relationships within multicultural teams
Ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

Fluent in Malay and English
Minimum 1 year experience in the same role within FX industry
Excellent communication skills
Previous customer service or related experience is a plus
Ready to relocate to Dubai
