Role Overview
As an Operations Manager Intern youll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence within a high growth fintech environment. Youll work closely with teams across compliance product finance and customer support to ensure efficient workflows scalable processes and top-tier service delivery. Youll gain insight into how fintech operations drive growth stability and customer trust from onboarding and transaction handling to process automation and reporting.

What Youll Do
During your internship youll:

Support the development and optimization of operational workflows across multiple departments.
Assist in tracking KPIs and performance metrics to monitor business health.
Help draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Participate in risk reviews and operational compliance checks.
