We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share
  • Lead coach and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team productivity
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and manage complex sales cycles
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of 5 years in sales management preferably in a related industry
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of sales forecasting budgeting and performance metrics
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
