ملخص الوظيفة
Develop space plans mood boards and design concepts based on client requirements and brand standards.
Produce detailed interior drawings joinery details and specifications using AutoCAD SketchUp or similar tools.
Select materials finishes furniture and fittings appropriate to the design and budget.
Collaborate with clients architects and project managers to finalize design directions and obtain approvals.
Prepare 3D visualizations and presentations to communicate design ideas clearly.
Coordinate with joinery and production teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into final products.
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve on-site design issues.
Assist in BOQ preparation material procurement coordination and client presentations.
Stay up to date with interior design trends materials and market innovations.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field.
35 years of experience in interior design preferably within the UAE fit-out/joinery sector.
Strong portfolio showcasing commercial retail or residential interior design work.
Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray Adobe Photoshop InDesign and Microsoft Office.
Excellent knowledge of materials finishes color theory space planning and lighting design.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction details.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
