Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an highly experienced senior professionals to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in architecture and interior design with expertise in managing projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Interior Design Engineer:
- Develop and implement interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility
- Prepare detailed design drawings specifications and schedules
- Technical Manager (Architectural Background):
- Oversee project execution ensuring timely completion and quality standards
- Manage teams including architects engineers and contractors
- Coordinate with clients consultants and stakeholders
- Architect (Not Draftsman):
- Develop and lead design concepts for projects
- Collaborate with clients engineers and contractors to ensure design intent
- Prepare and present design proposals reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture or related field
- 10 years of experience in architecture and interior design
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit SketchUp)
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills
- UAE-based candidates only
