As a Talent Sourcer youll play a key role in identifying researching and building the foundation for successful placements. Youll dig deep into the D2C space - spotting talent trends mapping out brand ecosystems and finding the right candidates before anyone else does.
Tasks
- Source candidates across marketing creative and operations roles within the D2C/eCommerce industry.
- Research and identify brands companies and teams that are relevant for active or future hiring.
- Analyze and build lookalike company lists and competitor maps for sourcing opportunities.
- Pre-qualify candidates based on experience role fit and client requirements before recruiter handoff.
- Build clean and maintain lead lists in Airtable ensuring data accuracy and structure.
- Monitor hiring trends campaigns and job openings across the D2C market.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Customer Success teams to align on priorities and role briefs.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English confident in communication via Slack email and Loom updates.
- Strong research and sourcing skills able to find hidden talent map industries and spot trends.
- Prior experience in recruiting research or lead generation is highly preferred.
- Organized detail-oriented and comfortable handling large volumes of data.
- Comfortable working in a remote fast-paced setup.
- Available during European business hours (CET) typically between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CET.
- Proactive consistent and reliable you take ownership and deliver.
