We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process and acting as a liaison between management and recruitment agencies. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with a strong understanding of local labor laws and a proactive approach to supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to source screen and select suitable candidates.
Drive the internal recruitment process and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Coordinate interviews feedback and offer management.
Manage the complete onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation induction and orientation programs.
Oversee offboarding procedures including exit interviews and final settlements.
Partner with line managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
Handle employee relations conflict resolution and performance management support.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Support the implementation of HR policies procedures and employee handbooks.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.
Assist in developing employee engagement strategies and culture-building activities.
Monitor employee satisfaction and propose retention initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role.
Prior experience working with recruitment agencies and handling onboarding processes is essential.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
