Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for POS and SCO solutions aligning them with the companys goals and vision.
2. Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the sales pipeline manage CRM systems and analyze sales data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
3. IT / Technical Knowledge:
- Requires deep understanding of IT Hardware Software POS solutions to effectively communicate with customers addressing their
technical inquiries and concerns.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients understanding their technical needs challenges and objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations close deals and manage contracts with a focus on achieving win-win agreements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record in sales within the POS industry with a minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role.
Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of POS solutions including hardware and software.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in the fast-paced POS technology sector.
A demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
