We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our clients HR team. This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in talent acquisition strong sourcing capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple business units
- Create and optimise job descriptions to attract top talent
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Prepare interview schedules and facilitate interview panels
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
- Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proficiency with Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) or similar SAP systems
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience in conducting effective interviews and candidate assessments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
