Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Dubai

Reports To: Senior HR Executive

Duration: 3 Months

About ITP Media:

ITP Media is a leading media company in the Middle East with a diverse portfolio of top-tier brands across digital print and events. We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our HR team and gain valuable experience in HR administration and employee services.

Job Overview:

The HR Intern will assist the HR department with a range of operational tasks including employee records management HR compliance payroll support and general administrative duties. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop practical HR skills in a dynamic media company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing and updating employee records and HR databases.
Support the preparation and processing of payroll-related information.
Assist with HR compliance tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
Help coordinate employee benefits and assist with related inquiries.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Assist in maintaining office policies procedures and employee handbooks.
Support organizing HR-related meetings events and training sessions.
Handle general HR inquiries and provide operational assistance to employees.

Qualifications:

Recently completed a degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A keen interest in HR operations and employee services.
