- We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer for our Production Print Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and understanding finishing machines such as Intec Rowe and other industry-standard equipment.
- Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines such as cutting binding and packaging machines.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Guide customers in selecting the appropriate machines for their production needs.
- Provide initial technical support to customers after the sale.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications :
- A degree in mechanical engineering business administration marketing or a related field is an added advantage.
Additional Information :
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of post-printing finishing machines like INTEC and other finishing machines.
- Ability to provide initial technical support and resolve simple machine-related issues.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales or pre-sales.
Attributes and Behaviours:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
