Oliver Wyman is looking for Summer Associates for a 10-week internship (from June August) to work in teams and directly with our clients. Our internship offers excellent growth opportunities for talented highly motivated professionals.
As Summer Associate you will get the opportunity to break down complex problems into discrete tasks.
Identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements.
You will help plan and execute analysis as well as identify the core issues in complex analyses to be able to craft suitable recommendations.
Youll work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done.
Clients and colleagues look to Summer Associates for unique insight into the subject area which they have chosen.
Youll work on challenging projects striving for breakthroughs that have a significant impact on clients industries and societies from day one.
Well ask you to speak up challenging the status quo and constantly striving to build something new to shape our firm and the world around us.
Youll be a contributing team member from the start working with senior colleagues and clients to build trust-based relationships and deliver breakthrough impact.

Currently pursuing an MBA Degree at IESE with strong academic achievement
