ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing architectural site works to ensure they are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants subcontractors and internal site teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Review architectural drawings and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing architectural works to ensure quality safety and compliance with project schedules.
- Support senior site architects and project managers in managing site progress and reporting.
- Prepare red-line markups and as-built drawings based on site conditions and changes.
- Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and project-specific requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of site activities issues and solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
- Must have 3-5 years of site experience with contracting companies in the UAE or GCC.
- Proven involvement in UAE/GCC projects (residential commercial or mixed-use preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit and other design tools is a plus.
- Familiar with UAE/GCC construction codes materials and authority requirements.
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE/GCC and available to join immediately.
