🍴 Job Description – Restaurant Staff (Hyderabadi Cuisine)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-time
🔹 Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Staff to join our Hyderabadi restaurant team in Dubai. The staff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining restaurant standards, and supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Front of House (Service Team – Waiters/Hosts)

Welcome and seat guests warmly.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Provide recommendations on Hyderabadi dishes and specials.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and reset promptly.

Handle billing, cash, and card transactions.
Back of House (Kitchen Support – Commis/Helpers)

Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen (HACCP standards).

Store and handle ingredients properly.

Support in preparing Hyderabadi specialties (biryani, curries, kebabs, etc.).

Ensure portion control and consistency in food quality.
General Duties

Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, dining area, and service counters.

Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Work as a team to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in daily stock checks and inventory support.
🔹 Skills & Qualifications
-
Prior experience in restaurants/hotels preferred (Hyderabadi/Indian cuisine experience is an advantage).

Strong communication skills in English/Hindi/Urdu/Telugu.

Friendly, energetic, and customer-service oriented.

Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
