Apt Resources is looking for a skilled Tractor Operator Supervisor to lead operations at a prestigious Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of tractor operators ensuring that all agricultural and landscaping tasks are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected at a royal estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of tractor operators ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Coordinate agricultural tasks such as planting maintenance and harvesting within the palace grounds.
- Manage the maintenance and repairs of tractors and related equipment ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Train and mentor tractor operators providing guidance on best practices in landscaping and agricultural management.
- Collaborate with palace management to develop and implement operational plans for the maintenance of the grounds.
- Monitor work progress and provide regular reports to management on operational efficiency and challenges.
- Ensure that all work is completed to meet the aesthetic and functional standards of the royal estate.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tractor Operator with prior supervisory experience on farms or estates.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping and agricultural best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and coordinate maintenance effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Hands-on experience with agricultural equipment and machinery.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required.
Benefits
Salary: AED 5000 to AED 5500plus free Accommodation and Food and benefits as per UAE labour laws.
