Gym Front Desk / Receptionist
Location: Near JVC Dubai
Shifts: Rotational
- Opening Shift: 5:00 AM 2:00 PM
- Closing Shift: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM
Preference will be given to candidates who live nearby and/or have a valid UAE drivers license and personal transport (important for 5:00 AM shifts).
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in customer service or front desk role (fitness/hospitality preferred).
- Clear communication skills in and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the fitness industry.
- Familiarity with CRM or gym software is an advantage.
- Must be open to both early morning and late evening shifts.
About the Role:
We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for one of our prestigious clients in the fitness industry. The role involves delivering an excellent first impression handling daytoday front desk duties and ensuring smooth coordination between members and gym operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist all visitors and members professionally.
- Handle inquiries service requests and customer concerns with a solutionoriented approach.
- Manage checkins bookings and CRM data entries.
- Support trainers and management with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean organized front desk and reception area.
- Provide accurate information about services classes and membership packages.
- Assist in product sales and payment handling.
