Key Responsibilities:
- Drive offplan property sales through client outreach networking and targeted marketing.
- Present project portfolios highlighting investment potential and ROI.
- Manage sales processes from initial inquiry to deal closure.
- Stay informed on market trends new launches and developer incentives.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate leads and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in offplan property sales in Dubai.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Targetdriven selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
- RERA certification (required or willing to obtain).
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and property databases.
