Seven Wellness Club is expanding and we are looking for a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to lead one of our premier locations. If you re passionate about wellness leadership and delivering exceptional client experiences this is your opportunity to join a fastgrowing premium wellness brand.

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Lead motivate and manage crossfunctional teams across departments (Front Desk Spa Valet F&B Housekeeping).
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company policies SOPs and quality standards.
Collaborate with HQ teams on sales targets marketing activities and staff training.
Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs for the branch.
Address client concerns with professionalism and swift resolution.
Ensure the branch upholds the Seven Wellness Club brand image in every detail.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
A clientfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced highstandard environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
