Tasks

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives in the MSP staffing recruitment and placements sectors.
  • Identify establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to secure new business contracts and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role within the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and client requirements in the MSP/Staffing sector.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
