Visual Design Intern

Role Overview:

As a Visual Design Intern at Seez you will be at the heart of bringing our brand and products to life visually. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams support design projects and create visuals that align with business objectives while engaging and inspiring our audience. Your work will contribute to the look and feel of our digital platforms from concept to execution helping ensure creativity consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Design Requirements:Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative briefs and translate them into clear visual outputs aligned with brand and business goals.

• Create Visual Assets:Design graphics illustrations and layouts for digital platforms including social media websites presentations and marketing campaigns.

• Maintain Brand Consistency:Support the design team in ensuring all visual outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across touchpoints.

• Iterative Design:Revise and improve design work based on team feedback and evolving project needs.

• Support Market Research:Explore visual trends in design branding and digital media to inspire fresh ideas and keep the team updated.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with marketing and product teams to adapt visuals for different use cases.

• Present Design Work:Share and explain design concepts to team members articulating the rationale behind visual decisions.

• User Feedback Support:Participate in collecting and interpreting user feedback to refine visual designs.

• Continuous Learning: Stay curious about new tools design trends and creative techniques recommending new approaches when relevant.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of visual design principles (typography color composition layout).

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma Photoshop or Illustrator (motion/After Effects is a bonus but not required).

• A portfolio or sample projects (classwork personal projects freelance etc.) that show creativity and an eye for detail.

• Enthusiasm for learning experimenting and growing as a designer.

• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate on designs.

• Strong collaboration skills to work with other designers marketers and product teams.

• Clear communication skills to share and explain visual ideas.

Education:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication Multimedia Arts or a related field.

• Equivalent experience through personal projects online courses or a strong portfolio is also welcomed.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to social media content design or branding projects.

• Interest in motion graphics animation or video editing.

• Curiosity about emerging design trends and digital storytelling.
