Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai UAE

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
Stay informed on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
Deliver clear and persuasive presentations negotiate effectively and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent/ native in English (C1) with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field with demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment.
At least 1 year of previous experience in similar role.
Solid understanding of industryspecific products and services enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
