About the Role:

Were looking for a visionary Clinic Manager to lead this from the ground up: a strategist operator and peoplefirst leader ready to shape a flagship clinic that sets new standards in reproductive healthcare.

Your Mission:

Spearhead the launch of the clinic from licensing to fullscale operations ensuring seamless compliance with UAE health authorities (DHA).
Build and lead a dream team of clinicians and administrators in a multicultural highperformance environment.
Implement smart systems and techforward solutions aligned with Dubais healthcare innovation goals.
Cultivate partnerships across global fertility networks and local health ecosystems.
Champion a goldstandard patient experience rooted in cultural empathy and clinical excellence.
Manage budgets with precision and build scalable systems for longterm growth.

What You Bring:

A Masters in Healthcare Admin Business or equivalent.
At least 5 years in senior healthcare leadership ideally in fertility IVF or womens health.
Handson experience opening or scaling clinics in the GCC or internationally.
Deep understanding of DHA processes and UAE regulatory frameworks.
Charisma resilience and a heart for impact you thrive in fastpaced purposedriven settings.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is a major advantage.
