Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all accounting functions including general ledger accounts payable/receivable payroll tax and financial reporting.

Prepare accurate and timely monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

Develop and implement accounting policies procedures and internal controls to ensure data integrity and financial compliance.

Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
-
Collaborate with the CFO to support budgeting forecasting and strategic planning efforts.
-
Ensure compliance with local state federal and international tax regulations.
-
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements as needed.
-
Manage and mentor a team of accountants fostering professional development and performance.
-
Oversee financial systems upgrades or implementations.
-
Liaise with external partners such as auditors banks and tax consultants.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (Masters degree preferred).
-
CPA CMA or equivalent professional certification required.
-
Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in accounting including 3 years in a leadership role.
-
Strong knowledge of GAAP IFRS tax laws and financial regulations.
-
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience in accounting (e.g. healthcare manufacturing tech).
-
Knowledge of international financial operations and consolidation.
-
Familiarity with SOX compliance (if applicable).
