ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chargehand HVAC to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Chargehand you will lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians ensuring the efficient installation maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Oversee and coordinate HVAC installation maintenance and repair projects
- Assign tasks and manage the daily activities of HVAC technicians
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide technical guidance to team members
- Develop and implement project plans ensuring timely completion within budget
- Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and time spent on projects
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Collaborate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to address concerns and meet project requirements
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and energyefficient practices
- Mentor and train junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- 2 years of supervisory experience in the HVAC field
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is preferred
- Valid HVAC certification (e.g. NATE EPA)
- Current safety certifications (e.g. OSHA)
- Extensive knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in using project management and HVACrelated software
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in HVAC systems
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and at heights
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to different job sites within Dubai
