You will be exposed to various stakeholders in the company to cover the following:
Quoting tenders and preparing analysis file for the Pricing Committee.
Supporting commercial team in tender submission.
Creating quotations for governmental and private hospitals.
Working on governmental portals for tender submission.
Training and guiding all Pricing Team newcomers
Following up with team on daily tasks
Pricing newly launched products
Yearly review and preparation/analysis of pricelists.
Ensuring governance is always updated and pricing is always compliant with company policy.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and communicate the strategic financial and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy.
- Develop price recommendations to ensure compliance with policy.
- Recommend positions for pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments.
- Provide input on final pricing contracts.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile. The employee is also required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers. Contact your manager or local HR to understand the Work Conditions and Physical requirements that may be specific to each role.
- Deliver and/or manage projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower-level professionals.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 5-7 years experience
- Knowledge and experience in UAE market- pricing and tenders.
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software in particular high proficiency in Excel).
- Experience in SAP system (System Applications and Products in Data Processing) Vendavo
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
- Requires a Bachelors degree.
- Languages: Arabic & English (proficient)
