Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for an AC & Refrigeration Mechanic at a luxurious resort located by the stunning Red Sea. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation repair and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious environment leveraging your technical skills in a beautiful location.
Responsibilities
- Install repair and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the resort
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with cooling and refrigeration systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of resort facilities
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries regarding HVAC systems
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC/HVAC) or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AC & Refrigeration Mechanic preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Valid HVAC and refrigerant handling certifications
- Strong knowledge of AC and refrigeration systems and components
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
