Ontime Group is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physiotherapist with a DHA license specializing in Western European or Arabic therapeutic practices. As part of our team you will offer exceptional physiotherapy services tailored to cater to our diverse patient demographic. Your role will involve assessing diagnosing and developing personalized treatment plans that resonate with our clients cultural backgrounds and specific health needs.
Responsibilities:
- - Assess patients physical conditions through detailed evaluations medical histories and physical examinations.
- - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various physiotherapy techniques aligned with best practices.
- - Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding injury prevention rehabilitation strategies and overall health management.
- - Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses and outcomes.
- - Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies.
- - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- - Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest physiotherapy research and techniques.
- - Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients respecting cultural sensitivities and backgrounds.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA license to practice in the UAE.
- Previous experience in physiotherapy with a strong background in Western European or Arabic practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of interacting effectively with a diverse patient population.
- Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining patient records.
- A compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to enhancing clients quality of life.
