Greet customers and escort them to their tables
Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Assist with setting up and clearing tables
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of food and beverage menus and products
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing payments
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Fluent in English additional language skills are a plus
