About the Role

As a Chef De Partie you will play a crucial role in our team contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for culinary section in hospitality.

What Youll Do

• Key Responsibility 1: Prepare and cook dishes for your assigned section.
• Key Responsibility 2: Keep your section organized clean and stocked.
• Key Responsibility 3: Follow health and safety regulations.
• Key Responsibility 4: Ensure food is presented to a high standard.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role minimum 23 years. preferably in an Italian restaurant.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques.
• Education/Certifications: Degree diploma in Hospitality.
