Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ophthalmic OT Nurse to join our surgical team at MEH Hospital Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ophthalmic procedures ensuring sterile environments and supporting surgeons throughout the operative process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist ophthalmologists during surgical procedures in the operating theatre
Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure OT protocols are strictly followed
Prepare surgical instruments and equipment specific to ophthalmic procedures
Monitor patient vitals and provide post-operative care
Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of experience in ophthalmic or OT nursing
Valid DHA License or Eligibility
Candidates with DOH or MOH licenses are also encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Filipino nationals preferred
Male or Female candidates welcome
Demonstrates professionalism empathy and attention to detail
