The Role
We are looking for a performance-obsessed Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and reduce acquisition costs—especially through Google Ads.
You'll own the digital acquisition engine across B2C and B2B segments, working at the intersection of tech, marketing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design and manage full-funnel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Drive lead generation and policy conversion across personal and commercial lines.
Implement advanced audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting.
Optimize campaign structure, ad copy, extensions, and landing page conversion.
Set up and monitor all key tracking tools: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters.
Analyze daily performance (ROAS, CTR, CPL, CAC, LTV) and iterate rapidly.
Work closely with sales, CRM, and product teams to fine-tune targeting and conversion paths.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing with a specialization in Google Ads.
Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI on performance campaigns.
Deep expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
Experience with insurance or financial services marketing in the UAE is a major plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
Experience working in Arabic and English markets is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with insurance distribution, policy types, or aggregator models.
Exposure to lead generation CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, or email/SMS platforms like Moosend or Mailchimp.
