Motivate Media Group is expanding and looking for dynamic Sales Professionals to join our Abu Dhabi office. If you re focused practical and have a can-do attitude we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be proactive entrepreneurial and able to identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities to drive revenue across our multi-platform media portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales across our brand portfolio to achieve monthly revenue targets
Sell creative advertising and sponsorship solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Support advertisers with campaign strategy performance tracking and renewals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage and grow existing client accounts

Requirements

2 3 years minimum experience in media sales
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent customer service and time management
Knowledge of UAE press and publication laws
Strong initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Valid UAE driving license
