We are looking for a Lobby Hostess to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai!

In this role you will welcome guests with professionalism and grace assist with inquiries and help create a seamless and elegant guest experience. Strong communication skills and a polished appearance are essential to uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and warmth
Assist guests with inquiries and provide directions within the hotel
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services
Maintain the lobby areas appearance and ambiance
Manage guest waiting areas and seating arrangements
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Female candidate (due to accommodation arrangements)
South African or European appearance preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Well-groomed presentable and confident appearance
Positive attitude with a professional and polished demeanor
