Job Title: Scope & BOQ Specialist E-Market
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in defining and writing detailed Scopes of Work and preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) within the E-Market field. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in tender documentation project specifications and cost estimation. Strong analytical technical writing and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements:

Proven experience in drafting Scopes of Work and BOQs.

Solid background in E-Market or related procurement/tendering systems.
