Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Experience Required: 2 Years in Sales/Office Coordination

Driving License: Mandatory (UAE Valid License Required)

Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic is a plus)

Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our growing operations in fit-outs interiors joinery printing exhibition stands and event production. The ideal candidate will be organized detail-oriented and proactive in managing client communication documentation and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
Prepare and manage sales documentation such as:
Quotations / Invoices / Delivery Notes / Purchase Orders
Coordinate with production procurement and delivery teams
Maintain records of client interactions project updates and sales reports
Assist with office administration tasks
Support basic HR activities (documentation attendance coordination etc.)
Represent the company professionally with clients and vendors
Travel for meetings or deliveries when needed (with company vehicle or allowance)
