Black Pearl is hiring a Sales Coordinator Automotive Division (Junior Level) for a leading organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented organized and eager to support a dynamic sales team within the automotive industry.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
Coordinate sales team schedules appointments and daily activities.
Assist in preparing sales presentations proposals quotations and contracts.
Communicate with customers via phone email and in-person meetings.
Maintain and update accurate customer records in CRM and sales databases.
Monitor sales pipeline progress and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries requests and basic issue resolution professionally.
Coordinate business travel arrangements for the sales team.
Organize client meetings and ensure logistics are prepared.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for travel meetings and related sales operations.
Follow up with sales team members on pending actions and reporting requirements.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Total Experience: 5 years (2 years in Automotive sector preferred).
Experience in a similar role: 5 years.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent communication time management and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
