Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor with ACCA CMA certification to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process ensuring timely and accurate compensation for our employees. Your expertise in financial management and payroll compliance will be essential as you lead a team of payroll specialists driving efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations. You will be tasked with staying abreast of relevant regulations and best practices in payroll management ensuring that our organization adheres to local state and federal laws. Additionally you will collaborate with various departments to address payrollrelated queries and discrepancies fostering a transparent and supportive workplace environment. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data providing insights that contribute to strategic decisionmaking. As a leader you will take an active role in training and mentoring team members promoting continuous improvement in our payroll processes. Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend payroll process ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Supervise and mentor payroll team members fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to payroll and labor.
- Review and analyze payroll data for accuracy making necessary adjustments and corrections as needed.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries effectively.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- ACCA CMA certification is required.
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in managing a payroll team and leading payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations compliance and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insightful reports.
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications particularly Excel.
