Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism

• Provide detailed menu knowledge including allergy and ingredient info

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS or order slips

• Communicate order details clearly to kitchen staff

• Upsell additional menu items and promotions

• Set up tables with linens glasses and silverware

• Ensure dining area remains clean tidy and wellpresented

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately

• Handle billing and process payments efficiently

• Attend preshift briefings and stay updated on menu changes

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols

• Create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back

What Were Looking For:

• 1 year of proven experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress

• Fluent in English (Arabic Russian or Turkish is a bonus)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• High energy attention to detail and a team player

• Ability to work shifts and weekends in a fastpaced environment

• Handson experience with POS systems and billing

• Knowledge of food service etiquette and hygiene standards
