As a Marketing Trainee in our Prestige division youll play an essential role within our dynamic marketing team gaining handson experience in the fragrance and makeup industry. Youll collaborate with experienced professionals to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness increase sales and build customer loyalty. You will work with iconic brands such as Burberry Hugo Boss Calvin Klein Marc Jacobs and Davidoff.

This is a 12month contractual role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market research & visits: Conducting market research to gather data on target audiences competitors and industry trends.
• Campaign planning and : Assisting in the planning and of marketing campaigns including advertising public relations and social media.
• Product Launches: Support the launch of new launches from concept development to postlaunch analysis.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve marketing objectives & provide essential administrative support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong passion for the fragrance & Makeup industry and a keen interest in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
