We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Manager who can combine strategic marketing expertise with strong digital marketing and graphic design capabilities to drive our brand presence and business growth. This role involves collaboration with various departments such as Rooms F&B Sales Events and Revenue as well as external agencies and media partners.
Job responsibilities include:
- Plan and develop marketing communication strategy social trends media planning and booking (offline) including above and below the line building brand awareness
- Plan and execute the marketing events workshops exhibitions and all other related activities
- Create content marketing and PR news for the brand website social media seeding and newsletter
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the hotels brand products and services.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads social media email marketing etc.).
- Create compelling visual content including promotional materials social media creatives and digital advertisements.
- Maintain the hotels online presence including website updates and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales F&B events) to support promotional initiatives.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Control the graphic designer to accomplish artwork and marketing materials
- Initiate marketing campaigns designed to inform people about new product availability
- Explore business partnerships to expand customer databases and offer them our partners privileges and discounts
- Ensure budgets are tracked and spent efficiently
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Business Graphic or related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in marketing preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms email marketing tools and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English; Additional language is an advantage
- Knowledge of the UAE market and hospitality trends is preferred.
