سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيWe are seeking an experienced UI/UX Manager to lead the design and user experience strategy for a major digital transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in the launch of a new customer-facing mobile application and the revamp of the company s corporate website ensuring both platforms deliver an exceptional and seamless experience to users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface design user experience research and digital product development within utilities public services or other customer-centric sectors. Experience working on platforms that handle large user bases customer accounts payments and service requests will be highly valued.
Lead UI/UX Strategy & Execution
Define design and deliver a world-class user interface and experience across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT customer service and business development teams to align design strategy with business goals.
Digital App Development
Oversee the end-to-end design process for a new mobile app from concept and wireframing to final UI.
Ensure the app is intuitive user-friendly and aligned with brand guidelines supporting core features such as account management bill payment service requests and usage tracking.
Website Enhancement
Lead the redesign of the company website to improve user navigation content accessibility and visual appeal.
Integrate digital service capabilities into the site for a seamless self-service experience.
User Research & Testing
Conduct user research usability testing and A/B testing to optimize design decisions.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously improve design performance.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage a team of designers and collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed.
Set design standards maintain design systems and ensure consistent application of UI/UX principles across all digital platforms.
Bachelor s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years experience in UI/UX design with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
Proven track record in delivering mobile applications and large-scale website redesigns.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for customer service platforms utilities telecoms or similar industries.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
Excellent understanding of responsive design accessibility standards and cross-platform usability.
Experience in user research methodologies analytics tools and usability testing.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Worked in utilities government services telecom banking or other high-volume service sectors.
Experience designing account management portals payment gateways or service request platforms.
Familiarity with Arabic-language user interface design is an advantage.
