We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager for a leading real estate developer in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in real estate development and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients investors and key stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey from inquiry to post-handover support.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the companys property portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project updates to clients.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle client feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Experience in a real estate developer company (not brokerage/agency).
- Mandatory: real estate market experience 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
