Job Description

Our client is a dynamic and innovative Web3 AIfirst gaming publisher and accelerator dedicated to delivering exceptional gaming experiences. At the forefront of integrating Web3 technologies with AI they are reshaping the future of gaming. Their mission is to create immersive playercentric experiences that lead the industry in innovation and impact.

As the Finance Manageryou will oversee the companys financial planning forecasting and bookkeeping processes. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the financial health of the business and provide insights to drive strategic decisionmaking. This role is critical not only in maintaining financial health but also in directly contributing to our growth strategy shaping investment decisions and optimizing financial performance across all aspects of our operations. Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial plans and budgets aligned with the companys strategic goals.
Prepare accurate forecasts to support business planning and decisionmaking.
Oversee daytoday bookkeeping and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage cash flow accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets and variance analyses.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities.
Review and assess the investment potential of potential gaming investments utilizing analytical tools such as market research financial modeling and risk assessment to evaluate project viability.
Advise senior management on the pros and cons of investing in various gaming projects considering their financial strategic and market potential.
Collaborate with the product development marketing and operations teams to ensure financial resources are optimally allocated and aligned with key business priorities.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations audits and filings.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Stay updated on gaming industry trends and their financial implications.
Utilize datadriven insights and KPIs to drive decisions related to financial investments project viability and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. A masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) is a plus.
Proven experience in financial planning forecasting and bookkeeping.
Prior experience in the gaming industry or a similar techdriven field is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools includingDynamics 365 Fireblocks QuickBooks Excel(Power BI is advantageous).
Prior experience with financial models specific to the gaming industry such as ingame monetization subscription models and virtual economies is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
