Position: EHS Admin

Job Summary: We are looking for a diligent and organized EHS Administrator to support the Environment Health and Safety (EHS) team in day-to-day documentation compliance tracking and administrative coordination. This role is crucial in ensuring that EHS operations run smoothly records are maintained accurately and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all EHS documentation including safety reports training records permits audits and incident logs.
Coordinate EHS training programs toolbox talks and awareness sessions; track attendance and maintain training matrices.
Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
Support EHS officers/managers in incident reporting investigation documentation and follow-up tracking.
Maintain PPE issuance records inspection logs and checklists.
Organize and update MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and ensure they are available on-site.
Prepare presentations reports and safety dashboards for internal reviews.
Coordinate EHS meetings record minutes and follow up on action items.
Liaise with internal departments and subcontractors for EHS documentation and compliance matters.
Ensure timely archiving and retrieval of safety-related documents for audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration Safety Management or a related field.
Extensive experience in an administrative role preferably within EHS or construction/EPC environments.
Familiarity with EHS systems standards and documentation practices.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint); knowledge of EHS software is a plus.
Strong organizational communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a site-based fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
