- Welcome guests as they enter the hotel lobby with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Offer assistance with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel amenities and services.
- Assist guests with the check-in process ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Answer any questions they may have about room reservations hotel policies or local attractions.
- Act as a concierge by providing recommendations for dining entertainment and sightseeing activities in the local area.
- Assist guests with arranging transportation make restaurant reservations and coordinate other guest requests as needed.
- Ensure that the lobby area is clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Monitor the lobby for any safety or security concerns and report any issues to appropriate personnel.
- Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally striving to resolve issues to the guests satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff including front desk agents housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate any relevant information or updates to the appropriate departments.
