الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive first aid training
-
Customize training programs to meet specific client and industry needs.

Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and assessments.

Ensure all training activities comply with UAE safety and health regulations.
-
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide feedback to improve content and delivery.

Maintain accurate training records and issue certificates to successful participants.
-
Stay updated with changes in first aid procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
-
Certified First Aid Trainer
-
Corporation for Ambulance Services or other recognized authority).
-
Minimum 2 years of training experience in First Aid/CPR/AED.
-
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the UAE.
-
Flexible to travel within Dubai or other Emirates as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Background in healthcare, emergency services, or safety training.
-
Experience in delivering corporate or group training sessions.
-
Additional safety certifications (e.g., HSE, Fire Safety) are a plus.
