الوصف الوظيفي
AECOM are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our innovative team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our architectural studio you will lead the design and execution of medium to large-scale projects collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the conceptual design schematic design and design development phases for diverse projects including mixed-use residential commercial and public buildings
- Manage project schedules budgets and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of architectural designs
- Collaborate with clients stakeholders and government agencies to understand project requirements and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Lead and mentor junior architects and design teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Develop and present compelling design proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the production of high-quality technical drawings specifications and other project documentation
- Implement sustainable design practices and cutting-edge technologies to create environmentally responsible and efficient buildings
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity throughout the construction process
- Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in architectural design
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture
- Professional architecture license or certification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on medium to large-scale projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from concept to completion
