Job Description

PWM Contract Opportunity

Location: UAE Dubai

Objectives

Post award EndtoEnd management of equipment / packages orders for PF Project deliveries including related instrumentation free issue items & Ship loose items Spare parts & Services (Inspection FAT & commissioning as per the project execution plan including logistics for delivery to site.

Equipment / Package Project lead between supplier and OPF various functions (P&S/Execution/Engineering/ Construction /Quality /Logistics /Completion /Commissioning) as required during various Project stages.

On site Presence during equipment delivery testing & Commissioning if/as required.

Key Indicators On time delivery to construction site as per the project execution plan Product quality to improve service level Budget adherence PO Good Receipts (GR) closure CMS/Man hours PMO KPIs

Activities

Procurement/Sourcing Participate in supplier selection and auditing process in conjunction with the category manager for critical packages as required.

Take handover of PO/Contract from sourcing specialist organize KOM with supplier client (if required) and internal departments (engineering quality planning construction etc.).

Carry out contract review and continuously monitor & execute the contract with respect to supplier performance. Provide visibility on physical purchase order status to PF Project Supply Manager (PSM) / PF Project Supply Lead (PSL). Own and manage the MOC process for the package based on engineering inputs ensure all CORs are valid from the supplier negotiate the CORs to

maximize savings and minimize impact to project P&L & delivery. Management of Good Receipt quarantine returns processes for all purchase orders.

Management of supplier warranty claim notification to supplier track any recharges.

Execution/Controls Review establish and continuously monitor the delivery schedule of the PO and ensure full integration into the overall project schedule.

Responsible to receive/validate Progress Reporting from supplier and consolidate in Project Reporting / PLG Conducting weekly calls for technical design clarification with vendor and engineering for progress validation and subvendor procurement progress fabrication

progress. Review of Vendor Document Register List (VDRL) & technical documentation establishing VDRL and issuance dates with engineering. Plan and coordinate onsite supplier support for installation testing and commissioning of the equipment.

Interface management: coordination with vendor related interfaces (incl. design interfaces responsibility matrix).

Quality Coordinate with Project Quality Manager to ensure ontime delivery and quality objectives are met.

Coordinate inspection activities in conjunction with Quality Engineers and QC Engineers Identify NCRs during inspections and/or surveillance and provide required information to Quality. Communicate any deviations deficiencies or warranty claims to Supply Manager Engineering & Project Manager follow up with supplier for remedial

action plan via quality management system.

Project based supplier performance monitoring NCR OTD and VOR/COR trends.

Logistics Liaison with Logistics Coordinator to assure accuracy of shipping documentation and timely collection of equipment from supplier.

Local land transporting and international freight loading/offloading (incl. packaging lifting anchoring design/execution).

Experience : >7 years sourcing planning or

project execution experience Prior work experience in Production

Facility Projects/ EPC Projects Engineering

knowledge/degree/experience (Mechanical Electrical etc.) depending on discipline managed.

Prior experience in project planning or project execution procedures.

Knowledge in contract management Prior experience in managing budgets. Understanding of Logistics

requirements procedures legal documentation requirements.

Experience in conducting supplier reviews and evaluation and maintaining good business relationships.

Prior experience in hands on fabrication rotating equipment or electrical package integration.

Optional experience in expediting or audit inspection is a bonus.

Optional SAP Knowledge is a plus.
