Head Treasury Fully Qualified either as CAACCACFA

• Oversee the companys investment portfolio including assessing investment opportunities managing relationships with financial institutions and ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
  
• Identify and manage financial risks related to interest rates foreign exchange and credit. Develop and execute hedging strategies to mitigate these risks.
  
• Lead the companys financing activities including debt issuance equity financing and negotiations with lenders and investors. Evaluate and execute financing options to support strategic initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the companys growth objectives and overall business plan.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Prepare and present regular reports on treasury activities financial performance and risk management to the executive team and board of directors.
  
• Manage and develop the treasury team fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment. Provide guidance and support in daytoday operations and strategic projects.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA Masters in Finance) or professional certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) are highly desirable.
  
• More than 10 years of experience in treasury management or a similar financial leadership role with a strong track record in the energy sector or largescale corporate environments.
  
• Proven expertise in cash management investment strategies risk management and financial analysis. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  
• Indepth understanding of financial markets instruments and regulations. Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial modeling.
  
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  
• Willingness to work being based or commuting to and adaptable to the environment and work culture.
